Peace without flourishing is not the design. The Charter claims both: peace as the ground, prosperity as the flowering.
It is a statement of alignment with what the signatories believe is true about the universe. It does not ask anyone to convert, compromise their tradition, or surrender their sovereignty.
It only asks this: that you affirm the three tenets — that peace is the design, that war was not the plan, and that we each have a job to do — and let your name stand among others who agree.
